Tunnel of love

Figure out what lights your fire…then chase the match!

We have to know that there is no darkness so dense , so menacing  or so difficult that it cannot be overcome by light….and there’s no such thing as the light at the end of the tunnel, we have to realize that we are the light.

And if we light lamp for someone else it will also brighten our path. Like Aerosmith says »The light at the end of the tunnel may be you.«

Both light and shadow are the dance of love…but it is important to know that all the darkness in the world cannot extinguish that light of a single candel or light of the single sunbeam.

True love feels like emerging from a long dark tunnel.

The light of love is so powerful that it can free any heart from the curse of darkness and let you smile, breathe and live again.

There is a crack in everything…That’s how the light gets in…and we can build walls to keep people out, walls that no one ever climbs because they’re too high… walls that nobody can tunnel under because they run too deep…but one day….someday…someone is going to break through.

“When you are willing to shine the light of love onto the parts that you are not proud of – onto the unaccepted parts, the unloved parts, the unwanted emotions, into all the darkened corners of your soul – love will suffuse them, embrace them, until you are left as nothing but love itself. Love arises when you expose everything.”

To me, he is those final steps, the turn around the last bend, the house with a light on….and a fire lit, and a laugh in the distance on the warm wind. He is the light. He is my coming home.

The light of love sees no walls.

The light of love shines brighter…and there are two ways of spreading the light, to be the light or the mirror that reflects it.

Love is the meeting of two souls, fully accepting the dark and light within each other bound by courage to grow through struggle to bliss.

In his light I learn how to love.

Light is easy to love…show me your darkness!

The ones who love your dark are the only light you’ll ever need!

This is me saying that I would set myself on fire to bring light to all the dark places within him.

The light is not at the end of the tunnel. The light is wherever he is.
